F45 Kingston + Erg Army

We take performance on the Concept 2 Ergs (Rower, Ski Erg and Bike Erg) seriously. So seriously that we’ve had Jane and Em from Erg Army here in 2023 & 2024 to run workshops for members and coaches.

Everyone who came to that workshop absolutely loved it, and so we’re getting Erg Army back again on Sunday April 13th 2025 for more workshops.

There’s 2 workshops on Sunday 13th - Fundamentals & Advanced.

You are welcome to do both Fundamentals and Advanced workshops - this will make you an Erg expert for F45 workouts and any other training or events you might be participating in.

If you just want to get better at the Ergs for F45 classes, then just attending the Fundamentals workshop is a good option.
If you have been to a previous Erg Army workshop and want a refresh, or want to know more advanced techniques for races (e.g. Hyrox, Deka, Metrix) then the Advanced workshop is the perfect option.
