Small group fitness classes with a friendly and motivating coaching team: an efficient, fun and effective way to get fitter and stronger.

Mon, Fri & Sat: Hybrid training. An amazingly effective mix of strength and cardio, this will get you fitter and stronger fast!

Tue, Thu & Sun: Strength training, suitable for everyone. Get stronger whatever your starting point.

Wed: Conditioning, Endurance and HYROX training. We can help you get faster and stay motivated.

Fri & Sun: Yoga for Mobility, Resilience and Calm. No previous experience necessary.
